PGA Junior League

ABOUT

PGA Junior League returns for it’s fourth season in Spokane! This program is designed to grow golfers of all ages and skill levels through team golf. Players are paired with other juniors and play a scramble format against teams of like abilities from other courses. Children receive instruction, socialization and life skill training to make them truly enjoy the game.

 

Schedule:

Our practice schedule begins the first week of April. We will hold weekly Saturday practices and have optional play immediatly following. Once we get to summer, we will continue with Saturday practices, and add matches against other clubs, mostly being held on Thursday afternoons. A full schedule will be provided by the first day of practice.

Cost:

One time league fee of $75: This covers players jerseys and welcome kit.

$100 monthly fee: Covers practices, range fee and match fee.

Players may join as late as June 1st, but are encouraged to start in April to receive full training.

PGA Jr. League

PGA Jr. League brings family and friends together around fun, team golf experiences with expert coaching from PGA and LPGA Professionals.

Boys and girls of all backgrounds and skill levels learn and play together in a supportive, two-person scramble format that encourages mentorship, builds confidence and promotes sportsmanship.

With 42,000 participants in 2017 – and Ambassadors including Rory McIlroy, Michelle Wie, Rickie Fowler and Lexi Thompson – PGA Jr. League has wide-ranging appeal for both youth and their parents.

PGA Jr. League

 

PGA Jr. League is the flagship youth pillar program of PGA REACH, with the goal of making the program accessible to all interested kids in the United States and around the world. As such, the program focuses on fun, recreation, good health and sportsmanship. PGA Jr. League is recreational and developmental in nature and works with PGA Sections and local youth organizations across the country to offer an alternative, social golf format. This unique approach highlights team play versus individual competition and serves as a feeder system to transition youth golfers to existing junior golf programs.

Schedule:

Our PGA Junior League will begin in early April with once a week practices. Starting in June, we will hold once a week practices accompanied by one match per week.
